Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping rates

Available shipping rates are calculated at checkout according to the destination and order value. Qualifying orders may receive free shipping where a free-shipping threshold is configured.

Delivery & tracking

When a shipment is dispatched, its tracking number is added to your order. You can follow the latest status from our Track Order page. Carrier delays, customs processing, and local delivery conditions are outside our direct control.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or fees imposed by the destination country unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Address changes

Contact support@eloriya.site as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.
